The final transnational meeting took place in Braila, Romania, as part of the M23 project month. All partners from Italy, Latvia, Romania and Turkey took part. During the meeting we presented and discussed the final version of the The Literacy of Inclusion Guide. The Guide was created by the Consortium under the leadership of the applicant organisation Veseligas Attistibas Skola and we believe it has been successful. The manual is open to all interested users through our webpage www.litered.eu. The educational modules have been retained with no access restrictions for use by interested persons/organisations. Full access to the Project Guide has been ensured by posting it on partners' websites and social media accounts (direct links to the Manual will be integrated into the project and partners' social media accounts).

During the first day we discussed how to measure the impact of our work by the amount and frequency of internal reports to record and monitor progress in all aspects: activity, dissemination, evaluation, and financial report, content of report, number of participating organizations in the LiterED partnership as associate partners & extent of the contribution, number of contacts from entities outside the project demanding information about it or the use of its materials, number of visitors & left positive feedback and number of public endorsements from associate partners & others.

Also, during the TM meeting for dissemination activities we had checked the activities and events and the amount of participants, as well as the category of participants and number of organizational reports on activities and events - feedback from the participants.

The partners agreed that social media is a very important channel for disseminating information and all agreed that to achieve high visibility on social media, each partner would do local advertising (brochures, posters, etc.) and traditional media (TV, newspapers, etc.).

11.02.2022

On the second day of the meeting, it was agreed to coordinate the subsequent dissemination of information on the internet (ex.Facebook) in order to reach a larger audience of NGOs, youth centres, youth operators, youth target groups, educational institutions, public authorities and stakeholders. The project logo and Facebook page will also be used to support dissemination efforts. The partners created a special section dedicated to the project on their website. All of us used promotional materials (leaflets, brochures, gadgets), which were widely distributed in local communities, areas of operation and partner institutions in order to ensure their continuous dissemination.

The results of C4 in Latvia were also presented. During C4, the Consortium also made use of the project's social media accounts as well as social media channels and partners' websites, continuously promoting the project and distributing project videos, interviews with participants and prepared materials (flip charts, songs, footage from performances, drawings), which were uploaded to the project Facebook page and to special sections of each partner's website.

In addition to and in the complement of the resources identified above, each partner put its specific resources into use for the purposes of project Dissemination, as following:

- Facilities for follow-up initiatives and National Dissemination Events.

- Social Media channels, Websites, Newsletters, of each partner.

- Hardware for follow-up activities and National Dissemination Events.

- Hardware for the production of promotional/informational materials (Brochures, leaflets, posters etc.).

- Partners' Networks at the local, regional, national and European levels.

The coordinator also shared the Final Evaluation Report and discussed the Final Project Report.
